It delivers high quality recordings for a multitude of applications.

NEW Call Recorder Milagro for TDM Afdrukken E-mail
Vidicode Call Recorder Milagro is a scalable, high end solution which is available with digital, VoIP or analogue capture cards. It is even possible to combine different capture cards into one system. Milagro has a web-based browser interface that eliminates the need for client software and related expenses such as license fees.

Milagro offers many standard features like screen recording, agent evaluation and free seating.

The recordings are stored in a DSF encrypted format. They can be converted easily and quickly to .WMA or .WAV and saved to a DVD, USB device or simply e-mailed using your preferred e-mail client.
  • There are multiple backup options: Automatic hourly backup to USB hard drive(s) or to Network Attached Storage (NAS).
  • Multi-tiered access levels allow the Administrator to assign different levels of access and functionality to groups or individual users.
  • Options of recording. Loop start, voice activation (“VOX”) or continuous recording by individual channel selection at setup.
